Remote Call Center Representative

Immediate opportunity to work for one of the largest utility companies in the area. You must be flexible to work on Christmas and New Year's Day. Eight shifts will be assigned from 7am to 6:30pm. All candidates must be fully flexible. Equipment provided. Start date 12/15.

Qualifications:

• Two years of call center experience
• Experience managing 60+ inbound phone calls
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Act as the critical link between customers and service technicians
• Ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs
• Serve as the subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter for customers experiencing issues
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver timely solutions
• Manage high-volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
