Position Summary

Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function, under general supervision. Supports the Finance department, interacting with key Underwriting and Account Management specialists for optimal deliverables. Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures and progress. Performs data service intake triage, subsequently reviewing details to effectively respond to customer/member inquiries. Conducts regular audits of provider information, escalating any issues or concerns to management for swift resolution. Supports Data Services Change Management and Process optimization strategies, in order to achieve optimal outcomes. Takes direction from management to properly understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Responds to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies, in order to ensure collective data integrity and quality of work. Supports applicable Open Enrollment activities related to establishing and updating company benefits.

Required Qualifications

Must reside in Arizona. At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organization and time management skills. Basic communication skills.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
