This product line, called the Marine product line, emphasizes stringent adherence to customer technical requirements while delivering a highly reliable product to withstand demanding in-service applications. Sargent has an immediate opening for a Hydraulics Design Engineer to support the Marine product line.
The Design Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for applying the principles and theories of science, engineering, and mathematics to solve technical problems in design, manufacturing, research & development, sales, inspection, and maintenance. The employee in this role will collaborate with peers within all the key business units to provide a robust & timely solution to the customers' current and future design challenges. Enhance your technical skills while working closely with management and the rest of the team on multiple projects.

Employees will participate in understanding, implementing and maintaining the Company Quality Policy in accordance with AS-9100 and/or ISO-9001 requirements.
The employee will be required to move throughout the building to collect, handle and process production parts.
