Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Starting rate: $23.00 per hour
• The Pool Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all pool areas, including but not limited to, recreation activities, pool facilities and two food & beverage outlets. This role ensures exceptional guest service and maintains pool cleanliness in accordance with established sustainability and brand standards. This position will also assist leadership with interviews, training, and supporting associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standard. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous related experience in resorts, pool operations, food & beverage or recreation required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a moderate weight.
• Ability to walk and stand throughout duration of shift.
• Ability to work outdoor throughout the majority of their shift.
• Valid AZ Food Handlers License.
• Certifications for Lifeguard, CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain them.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
