Starting compensation for this location ranges from $57,600 - $66,100 depending on related experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings.

Successful candidates will have a growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and a passion for serving others. Required qualifications include active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses and flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs. Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of customer service experience, 1+ years of client relationship experience, a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited university, ability to adapt to changes in the market and business, robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills, desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team, proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and previous experience in a Financial Representative role.
