Summary

SMBC MANUBANK is looking for a Senior Mac and Windows Support Engineer with banking or financial industry backgrounds, and a deep passion for solving technical and business problems. This Engineer will be the point of contact for Mac and Windows system deployment and support for the entire organization. As part of the Information Technology team, this resource will utilize a wide range of technologies and best practices, combined with a deep knowledge of the bank's standards and security requirements, to provide top-notch customer support.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build Mac and Windows system deployment standards
  • Develop new documentation, support processes, and standard operating procedures for Mac and Windows systems
  • Install, configure, and support hardware and software on Mac and Windows devices
  • Provide support for all Mac Laptops and Windows PCs for the enterprise environment
  • Implement, operate, and maintain software distribution and end-point client administration tools through Jamf Pro and Microsoft Configuration Manager
  • Utilize Jamf Pro and Microsoft Configuration Manager to ensure a standard version level of MacOS, Windows OS, and applications across all devices
  • Work with business partners and vendor support contacts to resolve day-to-day deployment environment-related issues
  • Align solutions with the existing technology stack to provide seamless delivery

Position Specifications

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Information Systems/Technology or related field

3+ years' experience supporting diverse IT systems, processes, or capabilities

3+ years Apple/Mac OS deployment, troubleshooting, and support

3+ years Windows OS deployment, troubleshooting, and support

Minimum 2 years of Jamf experience

Experience implementing Jamf, setting up new instances, setting it up in the cloud, ensuring Jamf is meeting global policies

Solid understanding of Jamf Protect and related security configurations

Experience with scripting in one or more languages (Bash, Perl, Python, AppleScript, PowerShell)

Good knowledge/understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANS, Switch accesses, configuration, etc.)

Familiarity with vulnerability management security tools

Experience utilizing and maintaining enterprise management systems such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and Active Directory

Familiarity with issue/ticket tracking systems

Quick learner with a mindset to adopt newer technologies in the field with POCs

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively collaborate with technical and business partners

Industry certifications are a plus
