HR Administrative Assistant
The Seasonal HR Administrator supports high volume hiring by tracking onboarding tasks, maintaining employee records, and communicating with new hires throughout the onboarding process. This role requires strong computer skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Track employee progress through all stages of the onboarding process, including application completion, offer acceptance, background checks, I-9s, and required training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, onboarding platforms, and shared trackers.
- Monitor onboarding dashboards and spreadsheets to identify missing documents, incomplete tasks, or delayed steps and follow up accordingly.
- Send onboarding communications to new hires, including welcome emails, reminders, instructions, deadlines, and next steps.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to onboarding, paperwork, and training via email.
- Support hiring event efforts by processing large volumes of employee data efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and recordkeeping standards.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with all Levy policies, procedures, and Levy Core Signatures.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills; with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong computer skills with experience using onboarding platforms, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume seasonal environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative, HR, or office support role preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Primarily sedentary work, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, and telephones.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
- Frequently required to use fingers and hands to type, enter data, or operate equipment.
