Under supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty in assisting and shadowing in the related field; performs related work as assigned. After incremental training in the apprentice position, the employee will be able to demonstrate the ability to assist and work independently, autonomously, and consistently perform job duties. This is a Limited Appointment position with the end date of June 30, 2026.

Essential functions of this position include: sitting for computer entry, typing, answering telephones, etc; working with and around other staff, administration, and citizens, etc; dealing with interruptions; repetitive motion (hand/wrist) for computer and phone work; vision acuity (near / far); hearing and speech for ordinary conversation; touch and finger dexterity for using telephones and computers.
