Schedule: Days M-F

Pay Rate: $26-$29

Location: North Phoenix, AZ

Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical or IT communication issues, supporting installation, commissioning, and field troubleshooting.
  • Train customers and new engineers on proper installation and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Prepare and submit service reports and daily updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, attending required training and monitoring adherence to site policies.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, communicate effectively on repairs and downtime, and assist in product sales support.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with small objects and have good hand-eye coordination. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also must-haves. You must also be able to follow instructions carefully and adhere to strict safety protocols.
  • Comfortable working in cleanrooms and be responsible for a variety of tasks and to have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and repair (low voltage experience).

Preferences

  • Bilingual capability – Mandarin or Spanish (preferred)
  • Positive working attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant facility-related licenses preferred (e.g., Electrician Class B/C, aerial work platform)
  • Military background (preferred)

Physical Effort/Activities

May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, and occasionally climb ladders while utilizing fall protection. The ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds is required. Some tasks may require wearing a Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator for short periods (10-15 minutes) while working with chemicals. PPE made available includes safety glasses, hard hat, ear plugs, chemical aprons, gloves, and more.
