Our client in the K-12 academic space is looking for an Engagement And Event Marketing Coordinator to assist their team. This role is hybrid in the Phoenix area. You will be traveling to schools in Scottsdale and Mesa. This will be 40 hours per week through September 2026. You will be onsite 2-3 days per week. As an Engagement And Event Marketing Coordinator you will:
- Act as a liaison between the parents and the school
- Assist with and create family engagements at the school, provide outreach to parents on behalf of the school
- Focus on two of the locations building and nurturing relationships within the K-12 community, involving fundraising and community relations
- Organize and attend various community events to engage and promote fundraising priorities
- Comfortable with social media and posting content (FB, IG)
Engagement And Event Marketing Coordinator experience:
- 1+ year of working within the community on events or fundraising/community or non-profit support experience
- Excellent organization, communication, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Constant Contact)
- Familiarity with posting on social platforms for business purposes, specifically Facebook and Instagram
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
