We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our chemical warehouse team. The primary responsibility of this role is administrative order processing and customer support within a regulated chemical distribution environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely entry of customer orders into the operating system (ERP/WMS), proactive follow-up with customers, order status monitoring, order completion/closure and support of the billing process. This is largely an office-based administrative role with strong focus on data accuracy, process adherence and customer communication.
