Kelly® is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the State of Arizona in Douglas, AZ. Help provide important services and support to the public while gaining valuable experience in a government environment.

What you'll do:

  • Refer unresolved issues to the correct department
  • Collect payments or arrange billing as needed
  • Follow rules, policies, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Knowledge Needed:

  • Knowledge of policies, procedures, systems, and relevant regulations
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong English communication and reading comprehension
  • Clerical skills: record-keeping, word processing, office procedures
  • Active listening, speaking, and critical thinking
  • Service-oriented attitude and ability to meet customer needs
