Immediate openings available for a government call center position. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $24.05 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $25.30 per hour for bilingual candidates. The contract is from February 2nd to July 31st, with shifts ranging from 5:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, in Phoenix, Arizona.

What You'll Do:

• Support a high-volume in-bound calls offering friendly, accurate information about passports and general inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service while following federal guidelines and scripted responses
• Maintain schedule adherence, punctuality, and attendance standards
• Document interactions precisely and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Participate in training, certification, and quality assurance activities
• Accept coaching and feedback from supervisors and onsite managers
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-focused demeanor

What We're Looking For:

• Prior customer service or call center experience
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to sit for extended periods while managing calls, operate a computer with a headset and telephone throughout the workday, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Must meet federal background requirements
