Specialty Drug Advocate

Join a growing healthcare organization as a Specialty Drug Advocate, where you'll play a vital role in helping members access life-saving medications through prescription drug assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to educate patients on alternate funding programs and assist with enrollment.
  • Coordinate with physicians and manufacturers to complete and submit MAP/PAP applications.
  • Ensure pharmacy claims are processed correctly once funding is secured.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in outbound calling or outreach (collections, case management, recruiting are a plus).
  • Strong customer service skills and comfort in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math skills.

Duration:

6-month contract with potential for extension or future opportunities.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
