Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative. Responsibilities include providing advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs, processing orders via order management system, operating cash registers and following established cash handling procedures, preparing and staging orders for customer pick up, maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards as advised, ensuring that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas, and maintaining a safe working environment including PPE (personal protective equipment). Qualifications include 0-3 years of experience preferred, basic knowledge of products is preferred, general digital literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, general math skills to allow for cash accounting, an ability to learn is a must have, and excellent decision making and communication skills. Pay range: $15.00 - $22.77. Estimated ranges displayed are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
