We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will execute automation commissioning and validation protocols, troubleshoot and address commissioning and validation non-conformances, and work collaboratively with internal engineers and clients. You will be responsible for providing state-of-the-art control systems aimed at improving efficiency, product quality, and profitability in process manufacturing. You will also define and implement programmable logic controller (PLC) configurations, and oversee the testing and on-site commissioning and qualification of control systems.

The role involves working in a dynamic environment where control systems are consistently delivered to enable high-quality, high-efficiency, and highly reliable solutions for manufacturing and facilities. There is a 30%-50% travel requirement, primarily to Texas in 2026, with projects on the West Coast in data centers, life sciences, and power and utilities sectors. The role entails working on power monitoring systems and building management systems, involving air motion and cooling systems integration into a common network/controls system. The position offers opportunities for internal growth, travel benefits, and additional compensation for extended onsite hours. Employees have the option to work onsite in Arizona or travel extensively, with associated benefits such as per diem and travel expenses.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Direct placement, over $1,000 per diem per week.
