We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will design and implement BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your expertise in BI technologies and tools will be essential in transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI solutions to optimize data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Implement and manage data integration processes using tools like Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake.
• Design and execute ETL workflows to ensure data is accurately transformed and loaded.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized BI solutions.
• Perform data modeling and analysis to support business objectives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Apply DAX technologies to enhance the functionality and efficiency of BI tools.
• Provide training and support to users for effective utilization of BI systems.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence technologies, including Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake.
• Experience with ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Solid knowledge of DAX technologies for advanced BI development.
