We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer with Terraform, Ansible to join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in implementing robust infrastructure solutions. With your expertise in CI/CD Pipelines, Bicep, Azure DevOps, Terraform, PowerShell, you will ensure seamless operations and contribute to the company's growth.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps practices and enhance workflow efficiency
• Utilize Azure Cloud & DevOps Tools to streamline deployment processes and ensure seamless integration
• Facilitate Scrum meetings to ensure project milestones are met and team collaboration is effective
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and technical solutions
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee the implementation of CX-Scrum Master methodologies to improve customer experience
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to management
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in DevOps and Scrum
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to DevOps tools
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction
• Contribute to the development of training materials and workshops for team members

What you'll need to succeed:

• Demonstrate proficiency in Infra CI/CD Pipelines, Bicep, Azure DevOps, Terraform, PowerShell and Ansible
• Possess a deep understanding of the Payer domain applying domain-specific knowledge to infrastructure solutions
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Salary and Other Compensation: Total compensation between 90,000 -107,000 will be offered for this role. Applications will be accepted until Jan 18, 2026. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cogniant's applicable plans.
