The mission of the Workplace Operations Department is to operate a global network of Everyday Luxury workplaces — enabling operational excellence, while providing a frictionless experience for all our people, everywhere.

Aritzia is growing and our Workplace Operations team is growing with it. As the Senior Manager / Manager, Workplace Operations Management, you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate business support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
• Ensure our workplaces are maximized and maintained with operational excellence
• Ensure our workplaces are engaging, motivating, and fun
• Ensure our people have the right supplies and equipment
• Enable efficiency in the administration of programs / services
• Ensure the most important programs and initiatives are realized methodologically and entrepreneurially, while connecting and organizing the division

The Senior Manager / Manager, Workplace Operations Management has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's values and business and people leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000 – $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
