This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for building and maintaining resilient, scalable technology platforms that meet and exceed the vision and mission of the business. As a member of the Digital Technology department, you will play a key role in driving the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of our Digital Technology infrastructure supporting Digital Commerce, Performance Marketing, and Customer Data. You will work closely with product squads and engineering teams to establish SRE practices, define reliability targets, and ensure our systems maintain optimal uptime, performance, and scalability. You will champion automation and observability initiatives across Digital Technology, building self-healing systems and comprehensive monitoring solutions that proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customers. You'll provide L2 technical support for production issues using monitoring tools, logging systems, and incident response procedures to quickly diagnose and triage critical issues while maintaining system stability. You'll also serve as a technical leader and mentor to the Digital Service Delivery Team and collaborate with development teams to embed reliability practices into the software development lifecycle – fostering a culture of operational excellence and shared ownership of system reliability. The typical hiring range for this position is $170,000–$200,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
