Aritma is a rapidly growing scale-up fintech company that delivers market-leading SaaS products for the business market (B2B). We specialize in developing solutions in the layer between accounting and banking, and deliver a platform that automates accounting and payments for businesses.

Earlier this year, we welcomed Main Capital Partners as majority owner and strategic growth partner and recently acquired a company in Sweden as the first step in our international expansion journey.

In recent years, we have had great success in hiring the best students, several of whom have received full-time jobs upon completing their studies and quickly become key players for us.

What You Will Work On:

We are working on a variety of exciting projects, such as automation of payments for businesses, development of open APIs and cloud-based solutions for automation of businesses' accounting.

You will participate in our bank team that works with onboarding and support of customers who want bank integration. Our customers can be anything from small sole proprietorships to large publicly listed companies and accounting systems such as Uni Economy and Fiken. You will also have dialogue with all the Nordic banks and become an expert on everything that happens between the bank and the accounting. Here we can promise that there is a lot of exciting things happening every day!

As you become comfortable with the job to be done, there may also be opportunities to try yourself in other product teams or other work assignments.

We have a young and social environment with quizzes every Friday, padel tennis on Wednesdays and one of Bergen's best table tennis environments. We are located in the top floor of new offices on Laksevåg with great views over the fjord. We have doubled the size of our office space and have set up a social area with shuffleboard and foosball.

We offer great flexibility in terms of how much you want to work outside of your studies and make arrangements for you to vary the workload according to what you want and have the capacity for.
