- Handle data management processes including lead routing, tagging, API integrations, and MySQL database updates.
- Monitor deliverability, engagement, and conversion data to ensure systems perform optimally.
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRO strategies for landing pages, emails, and funnels using A/B testing frameworks.
- Analyze user behavior via tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, and Looker Studio to identify friction points and conversion opportunities.
- Create and document hypotheses for tests (headline, layout, CTA, design, offer framing, etc.) and track results.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to improve the customer experience and funnel flow based on behavioral insights.
- Continuously test and refine page elements, headlines, forms, and offers to maximize opt-in, sales, and show rates.
- Support the creation and maintenance of CRO reports, dashboards, and insights presentations for internal and client teams.
- Apply psychological and UX principles to improve engagement and conversion performance.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report KPIs for marketing automations and CRO tests.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Airtable to visualize campaign performance.
- Interpret analytics data to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Partner with management to define performance benchmarks and identify growth opportunities.
Skills:
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and testing abilities.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for light front-end troubleshooting and A/B test setup.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with MySQL, Airtable, Twilio, APIs, and Zapier (or similar tools).
- Understanding of UX principles, user journey mapping, and behavioral analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
