What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, scheduling Aristocrat services at their casino while strictly adhering to workforce requirements, regulatory notifications, and travel times.
• Apply Remedy (call management system) and Retriever (scheduling tool) for managing and scheduling field resources effectively.
• Coordinate all game transportation with outside carriers using the e2Open (TMS), ensuring smooth movement of completed EGM cabinets to final destinations, including cross-docking requirements.
• Manage Sales and ERP databases to keep all collaborators informed and ensure flawless management of the sales funnel and production requirements.
• Manage all blocking issues and critical issues that arise during the service workflow and commercially built exceptions.
• Lead all aspects of the game scheduling pipeline and forecast to ensure commitments align with monthly forecasts, advancing any discrepancies to key collaborators and proactively managing imminent jeopardy service situations.
• Manage workflow for documentation and required closure paperwork, ensuring seamless service completion and data accuracy.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.

Pay Range: $20.99 - $38.97 per hour
