You are passionate about technical challenges and team management? You want to contribute to innovative and strategic projects? As the Responsable Du Service CND Rayons X (F/H), you will be at the heart of our expertise in non-destructive testing at ArianeGroup.

Within ArianeGroup, the Non-Destructive Testing service of the sites of Saint-Médard-en-Jalles and Haillan is responsible for implementing different methods of non-destructive testing (NDT) to assess or certify the conformity of composite structures and pyrotechnic objects. You will work in a dynamic and technical environment, where quality and safety are at the heart of our concerns.

Your Missions

• Team Management: Development of people, management of leave, annual interviews, training, post audits, monitoring of skills and training.

• Resource Planning: Assignment of tasks according to priorities and skills.

• Ritual Animation: Participation in SQCDPI and safety rituals.

• NDT Activity Planning: Organization of the activity to meet the production needs of other units.

• X-Ray Interpretation: Mastery of X-Ray interpretations.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to engineering and production teams in matters of NDT on the two sites.

• Technical Documentation Validation: Writing and validation of activity quotes, management of relationships with internal and external clients.

• Maintenance Management: Planning and monitoring of the maintenance of the sector's assets.

• Budget Management: Management of purchases and the operating budget of the service.

• Continuous Improvement: Identification and implementation of improvements to optimize processes and quality of results.

• Safety: Knowledge and application of safety rules in a pyrotechnic environment.

Profile Sought

• Education: Engineer's degree (Bac +5) in Materials / Physics / Mechanics

• Experience: Significant experience in Management (minimum 5 years) in the field of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).

• Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of NDT by X-Ray and associated standards (EN 4179, ISO 9712, etc.).

  • Knowledge: Knowledge of materials and processes.

  • Certification: COFREND FRNDTB RT Level 1 certification required (can be acquired upon taking the position).

  • Fluent English required.

Practical Information

• Type of Schedule: Fixed-term contract.

• Travel: Frequent between the two sites (Le Haillan and Saint Médard en Jalles).

• Nature of Contract: Permanent.

• Location: ArianeGroup site of Saint-Médard-en-Jalles (33).

• Work in Pyrotechnic Zone.

Important: This position requires a defense clearance issued by the Ministry of Defense.
