The Director, US HCP Marketing will develop strategy and execute tactics, directed at health care professionals treating people living with myasthenia gravis (MG). The focus of the role will be to lead the development of HCP strategies and tactics for Peer-to-Peer, Congress, and support key field members including Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), and Field Clinical Educators (FCEs).
This role will report to the Senior Director of US HCP Marketing, MG Indication Lead, and will partner closely with key internal and external cross-functional partners. In close collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team, this role will support the VYVGART® brand and portfolio strategies with pull-through to Commercial Field Team, KOL engagement, Peer-to-Peer Education, and National and Regional Congress presence and execution. The Director will also deliver on key brand expectations such as Brand Planning, Tactical Planning, Launch Readiness, and Quarterly Business Reviews.

For applicants in the United States: The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $196,000.00 - $294,000.00 USD. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined using objective, inclusive, and job-related criteria such as relevant experience, skills, demonstrated competencies and internal equity. This means actual pay may differ from the posted range when justified by these factors. Because market conditions evolve, pay ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted to remain aligned with external benchmarks. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs, subject to the terms and conditions of those plans and applicable policies. It also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to retirement savings plans, health benefits and other benefits subject to the terms of the applicable plans and program guidelines.
