Internship In Investor Relations – Sales France

Based in Paris and attached to the France team, the intern will have the main responsibilities of:

Following up French clients in Ardian Funds

• Following up clients via the tools and databases (Preqin, Factiva, etc…)
• Elaboration of a review/meeting client - event planning

Analysis of potential French clients for Ardian Funds

• Management and follow-up of potential investors' access to the online due diligence platform
• Setting up and updating the database in the follow-up of prospects

Participating in the daily follow-up of Investor Relations activity:

• Preparation of fundraising reporting documents for the ARDIAN France Comex
• Help in writing reports on current fundraising

Participating in market analysis and competitive intelligence for fundraising:

• Researching information on the private equity market
• Analyzing market studies on this sector (following competitors, analyzing fundraising trends, evolution of regulations)

Profile:

• Studies: Bac +4/5: Business School or University Master specialized in Finance/Management
• Writing skills
• Language: fluent English (oral/written) indispensable
• Required knowledge: mastery of Word, Power Point, Excel

About the team:

The Investor Relations – Sales France team is responsible for the distribution of Ardian funds and the implementation of dedicated solutions for French institutional and private investors. In daily contact with our investors, we offer them the Ardian funds that best meet their needs and maintain a trusting relationship throughout their investment.

The team is currently composed of 5 people, 3 people responsible for institutional clients and 2 people responsible for private clients.

Our missions are diversified to animate the fundraising and are based on the trusting relationships we build with our investors. We work on all Ardian funds to have a global approach with our investors.

• Remuneration according to profile
