Client Administration Team Role

The Client Administration team plays a key role within Investor Relations. It leads the daily operational processes related to the relationship with our investors.

A true central contact point and dedicated customer service between our investors and internal teams, it ensures the fluidity of administrative exchanges, operational follow-up, and coordination of communications.

Like an excellence customer service, the team ensures clear, rapid, and quality responses to each request, whether it comes from investors or internal teams, with a constant concern for the satisfaction and trust of our partners.

The team is composed of five dedicated professionals.

Your main missions:

  • Respond to investor and internal team requests with clarity and reactivity
  • Prioritize requests and manage complex or urgent situations autonomously
  • Manage investor portal access and ensure users have the appropriate rights
  • Maintain investor databases up to date via our CRM and ensure the accuracy of information
  • Ensure the follow-up of financial flows in coordination with internal teams
  • Master and effectively use our IT tools, notably our CRM

Profile:

  • Graduated from a Master's or Bachelor's in Business & Administration or Marketing
  • Position open to recent graduates — first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in customer service or investor administration is an asset, but motivated beginner profiles are welcome
  • Perfect command of English, spoken and written, indispensable — a second language is a plus
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English, in written form as well as in professional communications

  • Rigor, attention to detail, and organization to guarantee the reliability of data, respect deadlines, and manage multiple requests efficiently
  • Agile mindset, reactivity, and priority management to bounce back quickly from one subject to another and adapt to changing priorities
  • Team spirit, customer service attitude, and analytical mindset to collaborate in synergy with internal teams and handle investor requests effectively and pertinently
  • Flexibility, international openness, and capacity to adapt to work with interlocutors from different cultures, in a constantly evolving environment
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality to handle sensitive information securely
  • Comfort with IT tools, notably CRMs, and ability to learn new ones quickly
