Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

  • Using forensic software such as Cellebrite, XRY, WinHex, FTK, and Autopsy.
  • Utilizing bash scripting, and bash command lines using Ubuntu and RedHat.
  • Using storage system installation design and architecture in multi-petabyte environments.
  • Building, maintaining and troubleshooting gold image hard drives.
  • Performing complex systems development (design, implementation, and administration) for NetApp based storage systems including NFS, iSCSI, and Fiber Channel storage technologies.
  • Using Stornext file system software, installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Working in the following platforms Window Server, Linux, and VMware Vsphere.
  • Using various instances of Windows – troubleshooting, patching, updates, managing active directing, supporting users and supporting security posture.
  • Scripting in Python, C#, HTRM, XML, Perl, and Unix Shell Scripting.
  • Supporting and maintaining SOLR.
  • Installing, maintaining, and configuring Aspera Enterprise Server and Aspera P2P.
  • Maintaining, configuring, administering Mongo Databases.
  • Analyzing existing systems and identifying necessary corrective actions and improvements.
  • Hands-on experience performing server installation, rack or capacity planning, facility and space management, equipment commissioning and decommissioning.
  • Ability to create and maintain SOP documentation used by technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Ability to teach digital forensics to large audiences of diverse backgrounds.
  • Creating, maintaining and sharing curated work data.
  • Providing aftercare support, such as integration support for previously installed software and programs.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

  • Performing tier 1 thru tier 3 support, including both systems troubleshooting and incident tracking and management.
  • Hands-on experience serving as an Engineering Lead, coordinating, scheduling, deconflicting, and resolving conflicts between IT engineering projects.
  • Using digital forensic triage application.
