Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• 1-5 years' experience of searching/querying databases with ability to quickly adjust to new systems.
• Driven self-starter who is preemptive in seeking clarification when needed and the capability to adapt to new processes.
• Must be a team player willing to collaborate and develop robust relationships with clients, colleagues and technical teams.
• Skilled in time management with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and multitask in order to meet tight deadlines.
• Goal oriented individual who is able to apply critical thinking and provide out of the box solutions.
• Experience with data calls and quick reaction tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and various management levels delivering a proactive experience and approach to high quality services for all stakeholders.
