Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant

We are looking for a talented and client-focused Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, playing a critical part in crafting compelling Salesforce-based proposals and solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, solution architects, project managers, and clients to understand requirements, design optimal solutions, and support the sales cycle through demos, documentation, and proposals.
Responsibilities:
Client Discovery & Solution Design
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, tailored Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Industry Clouds.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical consultants to design end-to-end solutions, including integrations and third-party tools.
Sales Support & Proposal Development
- Assist the sales team in RFP responses, solution presentations, and effort estimations.
- Develop solution blueprints, scope documents, and pre-sales proposals that clearly articulate business value.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Internal Coordination & Enablement
- Work with the delivery team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with delivery capabilities.
- Maintain a repository of reusable assets including templates, presentation decks, demo orgs, and case studies.
- Stay updated with Salesforce product releases, trends, and ecosystem innovations.
