Description

What you'll do:

• Process prebilling to support timely invoicing
• Perform invoice credits and rebills on a daily basis
• Handle weekly credit card payments for account customers
• Enter non-scale tickets daily, including rubble, stabilized material, and scrap
• Track and escalate order pricing issues to ensure accuracy and resolution
• Assist the central sales team with phone support, order entry, and other daily tasks
• Review trucking payments to ensure proper documentation and payment accuracy
• Verify tax certificates and job information to maintain compliance and record integrity

What you'll need:

• 3-5 years of work experience with similar job duties or industry
• Excellent verbal communications, reading and writing ability needed at a level to satisfactorily perform job duties
• Able to communicate with other employees and supervisors
• Basic computer skills required with strong emphasis in MS Excel
