Golf Outside Operations Supervisor

Arcis Golf is looking to hire a Golf Outside Operations Supervisor for McDowell Mountain Golf Club - Scottsdale, AZ.
Ideal Candidate: You take pride in creating a smooth, enjoyable golf experience from the parking lot to the first tee. You're a self-motivated leader who ensures your team is engaged, professional, and service-driven—every shift, every guest.
Team Leadership & Operations:
- Supervise, train, and schedule outside services staff including cart attendants, range attendants, and bag drop team.
- Ensure staff maintain professional appearance and adhere to customer service expectations and standards.
- Lead daily operations including cart staging, club cleaning, bag handling, and guest check-in support.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures related to outside services.
Guest Services:
- Greet and assist guests promptly with golf bags, carts, and directions.
- Ensure smooth flow of traffic at bag drop and parking areas.
- Maintain a friendly, proactive presence at all guest touchpoints.
Cart & Range Management:
- Oversee golf cart fleet operations: charging, cleaning, maintenance, staging, and storage.
- Maintain driving range and practice areas including Prime station, ball replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Maintain operation of range picker and ensure golf ball washing systems are in working condition.
Facility Standards & Coordination:
- Ensure outside areas, staging zones, and service stations are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with Golf Shop, Golf Professionals, Starter, and Marshals to support tournaments, events, and pace-of-play initiatives.
- Monitor safety procedures and report equipment issues or hazards promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in golf operations or hospitality, preferably at a high-end or resort-style golf facility.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and daily course operations.
- Ability to lead by example in a hands-on, outdoor, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
