Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
The Faith Formation & Liturgical Support Coordinator plays a vital role in nurturing the spiritual life of our school community. This position supports teachers and students by integrating Catholic identity, virtues, and traditions throughout the curriculum and school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Catholic education, highly collaborative, and skilled in planning liturgical events, leading classroom prayer initiatives, and developing faith-based content for students of all grade levels. The coordinator also provides direct classroom instruction in religion and electives as assigned, working closely with faculty and the Youth Minister.
Bachelor's degree in Theology, Religious Education, Catholic Studies, or a related field
Practicing Catholic in good standing with knowledge of Catholic teaching and tradition
Experience in Catholic education, parish ministry, or youth ministry (preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable leading prayer and religious discussions with students
Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations using tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint
Creative and flexible in developing faith-based content and activities
Willingness to complete Safe Environment training (if not already certified)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to assist with occasional evening or weekend school events
