Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Property Management supports the Director in overseeing all CRSS-owned and managed properties. This role ensures safe, functional, and comfortable facilities through efficient operations, equipment use, and documentation. The position manages maintenance at the Campus Complex and freestanding facilities and serves as a resource to on-site staff.
