Arch began its Workday journey in 2020 and is continuing to build a strong, scalable HCM solution as part of our full platform solution. We are seeking a Workday Support Analyst to join our People Operations team to optimize and support our Workday HCM environment.
The Workday Support Analyst is a key contributor within the People Operations team, supporting the day-to-day effectiveness of our Workday HCM platform. Reporting to a Senior Workday Analyst, this role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their Workday expertise, strengthen HR systems fundamentals, and grow into increased responsibility over time. We take a consultative approach in People Operations, so you will be working directly with our stakeholders to understand needs and recommend solutions.
This role is open to remote, with a preference for candidates who are located within travel distance of one the following offices - Raleigh, NC, White Plains, NY or Jersey City, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Core Support & Execution
- Support day-to-day Workday HCM requests, including troubleshooting configuration and business process issues
- Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of Workday changes and releases
- Help maintain data integrity through audits, analysis, and issue resolution
Process & Enablement
- Create and maintain job aids, documentation, and training materials
- Support training for HR Analysts on new processes and system updates
Growth & Learning
- Stay current on Workday releases and support impact assessments for the organization
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experience
- Strong understanding of human resources processes and data
- Experience designing and configuring multiple Workday modules
- Knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and requests simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Workday HCM certification or equivalent training preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
For NYC/Jersey City Area; $105,000 - $120,000
- Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
