XPLM Solution GmbH is seeking a Pre Sales Consultant – ECAD/PLM to join our exceptional team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the sales team with technical consulting and accompany customer projects from initial concept to implementation.
• Present our solutions in demos, workshops, and webinars, inspiring customers with your expertise.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solution concepts, including technical proposals and tender documentation.
• Collaborate closely with product development and consulting to validate solutions and support proof-of-concepts and pilot installations.
• Monitor the ECAD/PLM market and competition and actively contribute to marketing initiatives such as creating materials, hosting webinars, and attending trade fairs and events.
• Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of our demo environments.

Your Skill Set

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field—or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with one or more ECAD systems and their data structures.
• Knowledge of PLM systems and integration mechanisms is a plus.
• Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales of software solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Independent working style combined with strong team spirit.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
• Business fluent in both German and English.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, with a strong focus on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (fluency in both written and spoken).
