The ideal candidate will oversee the hotel's HR operations, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth HR processes to support a high-performing hospitality team.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals
Support employee relations and address employee inquiries or concerns
Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Maintain HR records and generate reports for management
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills
