Senior HR Operations Manager

The Senior HR Operations Manager is responsible for leading and delivering high-quality HR operational services across the full employee lifecycle. This role drives operational excellence, ensures compliance with regional employment regulations, and partners with HR and business stakeholders to create a consistent, efficient, and employee-centric HR experience.

Your role:

  1. Manage HR Operations teams, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  2. Define and monitor HR operations KPIs and service standards.
  3. Provide guidance and escalation support for complex HR cases. Oversee end-to-end onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding processes.
  4. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with GDPR.
  5. Lead HR data audits and reporting cycles.
  6. Ensure HR operations comply with local labor law and works council requirements.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements and standardization opportunities.
  8. Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and country HR teams.

Your background:

  1. Strategic and Analytical Thinking – Ability to analyze complex HR problems and propose data-driven solutions.
  2. Operational Excellence – Strong process discipline and focus on quality, efficiency, and standardization.
  3. Stakeholder Management – Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders.
  4. Leadership & People Development – Capable of developing HR operations team capabilities and driving high performance.
  5. Change Management – Skilled in guiding teams through transformation and process changes.
  6. Communication Skills – Clear and effective communication with employees, leaders, and works councils.
  7. Problem Solving & Decision-Making – Proactive approach to identifying issues and recommending solutions.
  8. Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  9. Languages - fluent Hungarian (speaking & writing) + fluent English (speaking & writing)
