Quality Assurance Specialist

The following tasks await you:

• Handling customer complaints: error analysis, creating 8D reports, developing and monitoring action plans
• Contacting customers on quality issues, maintaining continuous communication regarding complaints and other signals
• Performing product and process inspections and preparing and maintaining relevant quality assurance documentation in the production process (e.g., first piece inspection, SPC control, visual aids, failure mode and effects analysis, etc.)
• Conducting root cause analyses (5 Why, Ishikawa diagram, FMEA) and determining corrective/preventive actions with the team
• Operating and developing the quality management system according to automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
• Participating in internal and external audits (customer, certification, supplier)
• Defining and controlling measurement tools, methods, and testing protocols
• Actively participating in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, waste reduction, efficiency increase)
• Preparing quality reports and statistics for management and customers

You are the ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:

• Higher technical education (mechanical engineer, materials engineer, plastics engineer, or relevant field)
• Preference: at least 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the automotive industry and plastic injection molding
• Knowledge of automotive quality assurance tools: 8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
• Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
• Communicative English language skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, good negotiation and communication abilities
