Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction/Protection
- Coordinator APQP / New Program & ECN
- Ensure that quality system meets requirements of EOS / IATF 16949
- Customer Audits and observation closure coordinator
- Harness Safety Characteristic
- Shop floor supervision assembly & cutting
- Maintain shop floor business records

- Customer interaction and handling (Customer Mapping), warranty handling & analysis
- Implementation and sustenance of control plan on each and every process
Eligibility/Qualifications/Experience:
BE / B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Min 4 - 6 years' experience in W/H manufacturing Industry & Quality
