Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to support our clients in the automotive sector. You'll manage inquiries, orders, and support requests with professionalism and efficiency, helping to strengthen long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for B2B customers, managing queries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, and account support.
  • Accurately process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Technical Support) to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our automotive product portfolio and service offerings.
  • Track and follow up on backorders, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare reports and insights on customer service performance and trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM (SAP preferred) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent English – both written and verbal communication is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a proactive and professional approach.

Your Background:

  • Solid knowledge of accounting standards
  • Relevant experience min. 3 years
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel), SAP
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independence, time management, curiosity
