Your Role

As a Customer Service Rep our team, you'll

• Interpretation of customer requirements.
• Aligning customer needs with the company's interests.
• Scheduling and tracking shipments for customers according to established routes.
• Coordinating shipping movements in the best time and cost.
• Tracking critical part numbers.
• Effective customer service and communication.
• Tracking material with shipping discrepancies.
• Participating in continuous improvement projects.
• Timely communication with manufacturing plants.
• Complying with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Any other work-related activities related to your position.

Your Background

• Engineering/Bachelor's Degree
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of client platforms
• Problem-solving
• Advanced Excel
• Decision-making
• Assertive communication
• 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
