Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Communicative knowledge of English (min. B1);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Communication and teamwork skills;
  • Stress resistance.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Timely handling of customer complaints and claims;
  • Daily review of customer portals (b2b) and cascading information on results and risks;
  • Updating complaint registers according to their current status;
  • Recognizing specific customer requirements (CSR) and effectively implementing them in plant processes;
  • Maintaining contact with the customer (proactively/reactively) via email, phone, customer visits, and client visits to the plant;
  • Representing the company to the customer in quality-related matters;
  • Coordinating (planning, organizing, support) customer quality visits and audits;
  • Monitoring and reporting on quality results related to customer satisfaction;
  • Escalating threats and risks associated with customer satisfaction;
  • Managing quality crisis situations with the customer;
  • Managing external sorting and possible return actions;
  • Supervising and approving prototype samples (PPAP) according to SOP and CSR customer documentation;
  • Coordination of applicable deviations (MRVA);
  • Supporting project teams implementing new products and technical changes;
  • Broad coordination of actions to maximize customer ratings, including:
    • Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and reporting of results;
    • Managing all risk signals;
    • Supervising corrective actions for any customer-reported problem;
    • Managing the risk reduction plan related to customer ratings.
