Your Role:

  • Lead supplier contract activities to support global cost-improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and support workshops, ensuring effective follow-up and implementation of actions.
  • Negotiate and source through annual or multi-year agreements.
  • Provide complete contract/agreement packages for all negotiated initiatives.
  • Secure the best commercial conditions by negotiating offers with strong cost-saving and cost-avoidance potential.

  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators for selected suppliers to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Leverage company's purchasing power by consolidating and reducing the number of suppliers where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within Supply Chain Management, ideally in procurement or category management.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Leadership capabilities and experience working in cross-functional environments.

Your Benefits:

  • Well-Being Program that includes regular webinars, workshops, and networking events
  • Hybrid work (min. 47 days/yr of remote work, flexible working hours)
  • Employee Pension Plan paid by the employer and Employee Capital Plan
  • Access to Multisport card
  • Private health care (Signal Iduna) and Life insurance for you and your beloved ones
  • Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
