Your new challenge at our locations in Radolfzell and Eigeltingen:
- Strategic and independent consultation and support of managers in all personnel-related issues (e.g. employee development and retention, labor law, conflict management, and absenteeism management)
- Management of the entire employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, offboarding) in your own area of responsibility
- Project management for local HR initiatives, implementation of HR strategies, support in change management
- Promotion of company culture, employee retention and development
Your profile:
- Completed degree in business administration, psychology, human resources management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in HR, ideally in an internationally established industrial company
- Solid knowledge of German labor law
- Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and self-initiative
- Very good German and good English skills
