Manager, IT Communications Field Services

As Manager of IT Communications Field Services, you'll lead the delivery of OT/IT services across multiple states, ensuring the technology that supports our energy generation, transmission, and distribution runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
This is a leadership role where you'll manage frontline supervisors and staff people, processes, and technology to drive operational excellence and innovation. You'll be the bridge between IT and the fieldāhelping our teams deliver safe, reliable energy while modernizing how we work.

Major Accountabilities
1) Responsible for multi-state delivery of Integration Services for infrastructure assets to support generation, transmission and distribution of energy 2) Responsible for multi-state troubleshooting and maintenance of infrastructure assets in direct support of the bulk electric system. 3) Responsible for strategic direction for field services assets and personnel to provide business synergies to ensure resource optimization. 4) Guide and direct engineering planning forecasts for reliability programs to ensure highest levels of operational excellence. 5) Establish an operational culture focused on continuous improvement and persistently challenges demand volume to comply with service level agreements. 6) Establish and maintains department-level dashboards of clearly defined key performance indicators (productivity, quality, etc.) for all field operations, ranging from strategic, operational and personnel metrics. 7) Leverages relevant training teams to maintain a continuous learning environment for employee skill development and career growth, and to ensure current and future technologies are well understood and communicated.
