1) Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for enhancements and new products and/or in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms 2) Analyzes and assists with creating reusable and enterprise-level modules/applications 3) Conducts performance reviews and recommends improvements to existing codes 4) Reviews and recommends equipment, resources and software 5) Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. 6) Trains users in conversion and implementation of system 7) Conducts integration system testing and evaluations 8) Leads the design, development and implementation of new solutions

Home Based: Home based employees primarily work from their home offices and come into an APS facility on an as-needed basis.
Employees are expected to reside in Arizona (or New Mexico for Four Corners-based employees).
Working from a home office requires adequate technology and an appropriate ergonomic set up.
