Inside Sales Support Lead
One of our Stockton clients is in growth mode and looking to add a Lead to head up their Inside Sales team. The Lead will be an active contributor for the department, as well as providing the other employees direction and mentorship. Excellent benefits package offered. Shift is Mon-Fri, 7:00-4:00. Located in Stockton.
Job Duties
- Write job orders
- Contact point for outside sales dept to obtain order, materials, and delivery status information
- Write quotes for standard and custom equipment installations
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities
- Serves walk-in sales and call-in inquires and sales
- Backs up parts clerk to write parts orders
- Manage warranty jobs
- Provide customers and clients estimates
- Manage inflow of customer orders
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate degree preferred or work-related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
