Japanese/English Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Japanese/English Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant for a company based in Adairsville, GA. In this role you will support daily office operations through a variety of HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth business functions while also providing interpretation and translation services for management. Ideal candidates will be fluent in both languages and comfortable handling responsibilities such as document preparation, employee support, and cross-cultural communication within a dynamic, bilingual work environment. This position is full-time, temporary to hire.
Pay Rate: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Japanese/English Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain and regularly update office policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Perform general clerical tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and photocopying.
Japanese/English Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English, enabling seamless interaction across diverse teams and clients.
- Skilled in real-time interpretation and accurate translation of documents, meetings, and correspondence.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience streamlining workflows and managing documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining structure and meeting deadlines.
