Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Engineer for a company based in Largo, FL. In this job, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a well-established printing manufacturer.

Pay rate: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Industrial Maintenance Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery equipment such as production printing machines, pad printing, screen printing, Autobag AccuCount, engines, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic, conveyor systems, and 1-5 color printing machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Identify problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Utilize test devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to ensure system safety and compatibility.
• Analyze maintenance data, review work orders, and collect data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Create and execute plans for preventative maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level.
• Keep detailed maintenance records. Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Execute established preventative maintenance programs and assist with new equipment installations and upgrades.

Industrial Maintenance Engineer Requirements and Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Background in Locus Robotics and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA System)
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Skilled in repairing mechanical equipment, machinery, digital and robotic systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Comfortable with troubleshooting PCL and CPU.
• Analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
